MEMBERSHIP
First, you must become a member of the credit union.
To do so, you need:

COSIGNER
You need a reliable working cosigner who has a good
credit history. This applies to all first-time borrowers.
The need for cosigner on future loans is determined
on a case-by-case basis.

REQUIRED
DOCUMENTS*
Both you and your co-signer need to bring in:
- Proof of Income
- Rent receipts
- Credit Report - A credit report will be done on
you and on any cosigner that you offer .
- Application & Fee - A loan application fee of
$35 is required in advance. If more than one cosigner
is required this amount can be higher.

15%
PLEDGE
A pledge equal to 15% of the amount you wish to borrow
must be placed in your savings account. This money cannot
be touched until your loan is paid off. For example,
if you are approved for a $1000 loan, you will need
to deposit (pledge) $150.

CREDIT
REPORTS
We will run a credit check on you and your cosigner,
$10 each.
